AORE TH6020 – 3000W / 6000W Fiber Laser Tube Cutting Machine

The AORE TH6020 is a semi-automatic fiber laser tube cutting machine built for efficient, high-volume pipe and profile fabrication, available in 3000W and 6000W RAYCUS laser configurations. Both models process tubes up to 6300mm in length, handling round tubes from Ø15mm to Ø230mm and square tubes from 15x15mm to 230x230mm, with semi-automatic 6m loading, air conditioning, and a stabilizer for reliable operation.

The 3000W model runs a BOCI BLT310T cutting head at 27.2kW total power, while the 6000W model features a BOCI BLT421TS cutting head at 44.2kW — both delivering running speeds up to 110 m/min, 1.5G acceleration, chuck speeds up to 120 r/min, and a 300kg chuck loading capacity.

Built on a heavy AORE Laser body and beam with China Innovance servo motors and drivers, Kofon reducers, and AORE Laser rails and racks, and driven by the FSCUT3000DE-M control system, both variants ensure stable, accurate cutting across a wide range of tube sections.

The EU-standard separated electrical cabinet, HANLI water chiller, and integrated exhaust smoke system support safe, long-term production. With an overall footprint of 9250 x 2635 x 2350mm and a 5815kg frame, the AORE TH6020 combines proven components with heavy-duty engineering for dependable, continuous tube production
