AORE TH6012 (V12) – 3000W Fiber Laser Tube Cutting Machine

The AORE TH6012 (V12) – 3000W is a fully automatic fiber laser tube cutting machine built for efficient, high-volume pipe and profile fabrication. Powered by a 3000W RAYCUS laser source and a BOCI Autofocus BLT310T cutting head, it processes tubes up to 6500mm in length, handling round tubes from Ø8mm to Ø120mm and square tubes from 8mm to 120mm. Configured with 2 chucks and 0 tailings — including automatic 6m loading and unloading with an air-conditioning stabilizer — it delivers running speeds up to 150 m/min, 2G acceleration, and chuck speeds up to 200 r/min for fast, repeatable cutting. Built on a heavy AORE Laser body and beam with China Innovance servo motors and drivers, Kofon reducers, and AORE Laser rails and racks, and driven by the FSCUT3000DE-A control system, it ensures stable, accurate performance across a wide range of tube sections.

The EU-standard separated electrical cabinet, HANLI water chiller, and integrated exhaust smoke system support safe, long-term operation, while the fully automatic loading device handles round, square, rectangular, track, and oval tubes with a maximum tube weight of 80kg. With an overall footprint of 9285 x 2806 x 2119mm and a 5325kg frame, the AORE TH6012 (V12) combines proven components with heavy-duty engineering for dependable, continuous tube production
