Powered by a 12000W RAYCUS multimode continuous laser source and a BOCI Autofocus BLT442 cutting head (1030–1090nm wavelength), it works across a 3050 x 1530mm processing format with strong cutting capacity across thick and thin materials. Built on a heavy AORE Laser body and beam with China Innovance servo motors and drivers, Kofon reducers, and AORE Laser rails and racks, it delivers positioning accuracy of 0.05mm, repositioning accuracy of 0.03mm, and rapid traverse speeds up to 115 m/min at 0.8G acceleration.

The FSCUT6000 EtherCAT control system paired with CypCut software supports efficient cutting, various bevel processing, and reliable operation, while the EU-standard separated electrical cabinet, HANLI water chiller, and integrated exhaust smoke system enable safe, long-term production.
