MACHINE DESCRIPTION

It is a machine of multi-function, it can complete Pittsburgh Lock, single lock, standing lock, C shape cleat and elbow lock forming. Pittsburgh lock machine adopts the pressure bearings which can effectively avoid the side panel wear, thus prolong the working life. The rolling wheels of highgrade Pittsburgh Lock machines use Gcr15 steel, gear material is 20CrMnTi for good wear resistance, with reducer to increase the output torque so the machine work smoothly and quietly.

WORKING PRINCIPLE: Lock Former Machine with 7 Stations is used for giving shapes to galvanization sheets. The thickness of the processed sheet is 0.5-1.2 mm. All gears, shafts, and rolls of the machine are made of high-quality bearing steel. It is easy to install, reasonable in mechanical principle, flexible in movement and convenient in operation.
