MACHINE DESCRIPTION

It is a machine of multi-function, it can complete Pittsburgh Lock, single lock, standing lock, C shape cleat and elbow lock forming. Pittsburgh lock machine adopts the pressure bearings which can effectively avoid the side panel wear, thus prolong the working life. The rolling wheels of high-grade Pittsburgh Lock machines use Gcr15 steel, gear material is 20CrMnTi for good wear resistance, with reducer to increase the output torque so the machine work smoothly and quietly.
